Typically not seen during the funeral, the behind-the-scenes presence of support staff is nonetheless critical to the day-to-day operation of our facilities. Our support staff plays an important role in ensuring our high standard of service. We are proud of their dedication and commitment.

Carol-Ann Olsen, Administrative Assistant Email: info@cropo.ca Carol was born and raised in Winnipeg, graduating from Miles Macdonell Collegiate. It was in Winnipeg that her three children, son Jeff and daughters Jana and Kim were born. After many years in banking and retail management she has made Cropo her home away from home. As an administrative assistant Carol's responsibilities include assisting families with obituaries, data entry, funeral service coordination and administrative assistance. In her spare time she enjoys researching her Norwegian heritage. She can also be seen puttering around in her garden whether it be tending to flowers and vegetables or doing household repairs.
