Obituary of VOULA (STAVROULA) MAVRIOTIS

VOULA (STAVROULA) MAVRIOTIS October 26, 1938 – May 10, 2015 Voula passed away peacefully with her immediate family at her side, at the Middlechurch Personal Care Home. Voula leaves her Daughter Betti (Ross), Granddaughter Brittany, Sisters Effie (Dino), Vaso (Dimo) as well as nieces Kiki(Nikolaos), Stavroula and nephews Terry(Rosemarie), Alex. Voula was born in Chrysoupolis, Greece where she grew up with her two brothers and three sisters. She would move to Hamburg, Germany in her early twenties, then Toronto and later finding home in Winnipeg. Being a fearlessly independent & single Mother, found Voula employed as a Sales Professional at T. Eaton & Company until they would eventually close. Without missing a stride, she then became a Real Estate Professional, where she found her true calling. The “Condo Queen” enjoyed great success in a career she was passionate about. Voula’s non-materialistic lifestyle reflected a need to keep things simple and uncongested. She lived for her Family and truly found joy in just seeing her Family happy, especially at Sunday Dinners. She will be sadly missed. As per her wishes, there will be no service (No Fuss).
